  1. 3 1/3 cups (500 g) frozen cranberries, defrosted, serve
  2. 2 1/3 cups (515g) of powdered sugar
  3. 1 orange, peeled zest, pure lemon zest, to serve
  4. 600 ml of gin
  5. Tonic water, serve

The instruction how to make Cranberry gin

  1. Combine cranberries, sugar, pared zest and gin and 2 litres (8 cups) preserving jar, sterilised. Seal and set aside in a cool, dark place for 2 to 4 weeks, shaking every day to ensure that the sugar dissolves. Strain into sterilized bottles.
